Specification

  • Tempered Glass

    MAGITEMP is glass that is hardened through a heating process until it reaches a temperature of 650°C - 700°C, where the glass will soften and then be cooled quickly by evenly blowing air, so that it turns into glass called tempered glass. MAGITEMP is 3-5x stronger than ordinary glass. This glass is safe because it does not break easily and when broken, the shards will become small blunt pieces that will not harm and are easy to clean
  • Could be processed with lots of interlayer, such as: PVB Clear, PVB Colors (Milky white & Ceramic white), PVB Sound Control, PVB Solar Control, Sentry Glass Plus or PDLC for Smart Glass

    Laminated Glass

    MAGI SAFE is an ultra-safe glass which provides ultimate protection for you and the people around you. It is made trough a heating and pressing process in which one or more sheets of flexible, transparent, resilient polyvinyl film are laminated between two or more sheets of flat or curved glass MAGISAFE is clear and reliable. It does not blister or in any way disturb the total clarity of the glass sheets. This superb Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) films are manufactured by world renowned PVB makers: Dupont, Solutia and Trosifol. All these outstanding features make MAGISAFE the perfect protect whenever a safety glazing materials are needed

  • Bent Glass

    MAGIBEND the development in contemporer architecture and design has promoted exceptional ideas such as the curved shapes of buildings and furniture. This exceptional design needs an exceptional shape of glass. Therefore, we introduce MAGIBEND, a convenient product to use for the curviest shape possible. Producing this unconventional product obviously needs delicate atttention. Since glass curving process limit is dependent on the glass thickness, shapes, dimensions, and curvature, we use the innovative technology of Glassrobots from Finland for the excellence quality of glass bending process

  • Insulation Glass Unit

    ENVIRO is an energy-efficient glazing system, with good thermal insulation and noise reduction Not to be confused with double glass windows or secondary sashes/windows, ENVIRO consists of two or more layers of glass separated using alumunium or other types of spacers arround the edges, hermetically sealed to the perimeter in controlled conditions. It is possible to combine ENVIRO with tempered glass, laminated glass, or even bent glass. However, for higher performance, ENVIRO is best suited with combination of Low-E Glass

  • Printed Glass

    VELARO is decorative glass made by printing motives / colors on the side of the glass surface using screen or digital printing media. The printed glass surface will be further processed into a tempered machine, with the aim that the paint layer seeps into the glass pores so that it can produce a permanent color that does not fade when cleaned. This color coating is also resistant to UV rays and weather that can be applied to the exterior surfaces of buildings.
